About me

Studied recorder at the Zurich University of Music and Drama with Matthias Weilenmann and Kees Boeke, receiving a teaching and concert diploma with distinction.
Licentiate (MA UZH) from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zurich in musicology, ethnomusicology and art history.
Concert activity in numerous European countries, Morocco, Brazil and Cuba as soloist and as member of the ensemble “RAYUELA”. Member of the Zurich Baroque Orchestra and member of “La Scintilla” at the Zurich Opera House, working with conductors such as William Christie, Riccardo Minasi, Giovanni Antonini and Marc Minkowski. CD and radio recordings. Prize winner of international competitions. Scholarship holder of the Fondation Royaumont.
Awarded the “Anerkennungsbeitrag Musik 2021” by the Canton of Zurich.
Teaching at the Musikschule Konservatorium Zürich, Head of the Early Music Department at MKZ. Lecturer at courses for early music.
Freelancer for the Schweizer Musikzeitung and until 2008 for Swiss Radio SRF 2 Kultur. Jury member at national and international competitions.
Member of the Music Commission of the City of Zurich. Co-president of the Forum Early Music Zurich. Member of EEM
